Frugal Cooking of a Different Sort

While on a cross county trip as a child with no air conditioning and four siblings. We headed form the Sacramento Valley to Waco , Texas. It was a long, hot, miserable drive. Fighting with siblings and hearing folks tell us to knock it off was just how it was. So was cooking with the heat of the roaring Oldsmobile Wagon .(with wood paneling, of course). My parents cooked foil packs while driving to save money and time.

So, on my cross country trip with my kids we did this too. Our conditioning we broken and our budget is tight. So, cooking with the heat of the van engine sounded like my choice for real food and not fast food. I was not brave enough to start out with a cooked chicken or anything to crazy so simple hot dogs it was!

Wrap food in tinfoil nice and tight. I used three layers of of thick tin foil.

Place on a hot spot in your engine. Be extra careful not to place it near any moving parts or places that will effect the running of the actual car.

And, drive for an hour or two depending on what you are cooking. See these are done, the ends have even split open. This is something that you cannot control. You just have to play with it and make sure you are safe.

When it suits your fancy take out and eat! Yum.

While we were eating our hot engine cooked hot dogs, I also heated up some marshmallow for some smores. We stopped in a roadside park and played in a creek. This was so much fun and so so yummy for a road trip! Plus I created some fun memories for my children.

Well, looks like we get to prepare for another Hurricane! Hurricane Alex is heading to Houston Texas. It is expected to hit this Thursday July 1St. We went through Hurricane Ike in September of 08. Pray for us and the saftey of every one around here. Should be a fun run !

Why I feel like I need to liberated my life:

In December I had heart surgery followed my open heart surgery on Jan 4Th of 2010. I found my self with a lot of time to think during the 45 day recovery.

I decided that my talk show was not going the places I want it to go. I found that all the "newer" coupon guru's annoy me to death. I do not enjoy seeing and hearing all the new folks toot their own horns. I feel like one good trip to the grocery store does not make you an expert at what you do. Sometime if feels like and insult to the ones who have been around forever. I have wondered a ton if what I do actually helps people.....

You know I am about all around frugality. Maybe I should have been the Frugal Queen. This frugal life of mine is not about just having good trips to the grocery store. It is way deeper than that. I have written at least two other articles about it. You can read them here and here.

I also love , love , love to cook. can, and all around any type of preserving food. I enjoy gardening, foraging, gleaning, dehydrating and storing foods. I am all about frugality and not just coupons. I sometimes feel like my priorities are out of order. I have found that I need to change some things.

My Facebook wall would feel up in 2 hours with over a thousand things. I could never find what I cared about. I needed to simplify my time on Facebook.

My hair was a disaster from surgery and medication. I needed to simplify my stress with it.

I am not enjoying the house I live in. So I am getting rid of crap. Just because their is a place to keep it, does not mean I need to. Also we are most likely moving this summer. I have been donating tons of stuff and throwing out the trash. I cannot believe some of the things I was holding onto. I sat down with each of my four children and helped them go through things one item at a time and decide what to get rid of.

One thing I cannot change is family. Sometimes it is ok and sometimes family is complicated. I have no idea how to fix any of it. I love them all but, sometime I do not like the things they do.

Thanks for listening (reading) I would love input. By doing these things I should be SAVING myself time.

I am seriously considering getting off of facebook entirely. I think that more bad comes from it then good. I did help raise money CF this week. But, I also pissed off two family members and received numerous annoying request and coupons. I think that maybe FB is part of satin's way of integrating into our lives so simply that he comes like a thief in the night. I am wanting to get away from the Savings Queen moniker entirely. I am wondering if I can go back to the occasional email from family and my other blog? I had a life altering situation last January and I am looking at life differently. Who cares?

Save Money Buying Produce!

I just wanted to take a quick minute and share one of my secrets to savings a little money on produce...

I sometimes find (after doing all the math of course) that buying a big bag of something is a better price per pound. Just today I bought a 5lb bag of carrots for $2.99 That is .59c a pound verses the 1lb bags that were .79c !

Here is my trick. Have you ever thought to weigh those bags???

I weigh all sorts of stuff that is "bulk" I weighed 6 bags of carrots today before finding the one I wanted. The reason ?

They cannot possible get exact weight for everything. I found that most 5lb bags of carrots were actually less than 5lb I even found one that was a shocking 3.75lb !!! I found one that was actually over 5lb and snagged it up!

Try this trick with everything. Oranges, apples, potatoes, onions, carrots, and really anything that says a certain amount of pounds for X amount of dollars.

I think you will be surprised!

For me, my husband, and children, all that I do is worth it! But for you I question myself. There are so many of us Frugal Minded folks out there. I do it first for me and my family. I feel like my blog is my personal journal of how I do it. I enjoy my journey. I am not just about grocery coupons. That is a major part of it. But, it is so much deeper than that. I have long since giving up the idea that I will get some major sponsor that will pay me millions of dollars to spotlight them. I enjoy what I do. Are You Sick of Being Blasted About Money?

I think that I am qualified to talk about this. Anyone

who has money, needs money or uses money is!
We are being blasted about money! Everywhere you look. go , see and almost anyone you talk to is obsessed about money.

Did you see the cost of gas? Did you hear that ad on T.V. ? Have you tried the coupon for this restaurant? Come to this grocery store we are cheaper, we double coupons! We have discounts, sales and ad over"ites" !

So how do you sort through it all? I say just do what you used to do and add what you really need a little at a time. You do not have to let this world wide obsession confuse and stress you out. Ask yourself some key questions.

Do I/we really need this? Want it? Will we use it?

How about this question.....CAN I AFFORD IT? Even if it is on sale and much less expensive does not mean you should run out and purchase everything you need , want, or feel you might miss out on.

Being frugal is important in these economic times. But, being smart about frugality is equally important. Make wise decisions. Think about purchases. Think about it all the way down to the cost of one pound of cheese. Re-think absolutely everything! From interest rates, gas, and groceries , to the cost of entertainment, housing, and clothing.

These are just some thoughts this morning. I am sitting in a waiting room waiting for one of my kiddos to come out of surgery with the lobby t.v. on blasting me with money related issues.

Inexpensive Wood Stove (homemade)

Inexpensive, Portable Woodstove Thanks to LDSPreppers for the amazing inexpensive idea!

Ok. As promised, I will show you the small, light, cheep, portable wood stove.
I keep mine in a five gallon bucket, with fuel, lighter, and tinder in with it. The stove is so small, that I can keep hours worth of ready fuel (wood) in the bucket with it.
Alright, the ingredients are as follows: 1 empty #10 can, 1 empty large soup can, and 1 normal size Campbell soup can. A small piece of metal (or a folded piece of tin foil), a can of expanding foam insulation (this works the best, however you can use plain wall insulation as well).
Very simple to make. Place your small soup can horizontally about 3 inches from the bottom of the largest can and trace the can with a majic marker. Cut out the circle. Do the same with the medium can. Trace and cut the circle in the medium can. Now, cut the bottom off of the small can. Place the medium can inside the large can, and insirt the small can through both holes. Now your stove is assembled.
To finish, spray a liberal amount of foam insulation in the bottom of the large can up to the hole line. Now drop in the medium can, and insurt the small can through both holes. Now finish filling in with insulation between the large and medium can, all the way to the top. Cut out some rectangle pieces at the top of the stove as seen in picture. This will allow the stove to breath and work while placing a pot on top.
The last step is to cut a small piece of metal, or fold tin foil and insurt it in the small soup can horizontally to divide the can into two compartments. The bottom compartment is where you put your fuel. As you can see, the space is small. And that is one of the best parts of this stove. The amount of fuel it burns is very little. You achieve great heat, with a tiny amount of fuel. No more cutting and stacking piles of wood.
It will only take about three or four small pieces of wood at a time. The top chamber is for air. This design works very well. By placing the air hole pointing into the wind, this thing really burns hot.
This little stove with a few tiny pieces of wood will easily boil water, or heat a small shelter. It will cook food as well as any outdoor stove.

Navigating the supermarket with coupons

Alright! Have you ever been excited to use a coupon and you get past the checkout stand and you realize that the one coupon you really wanted to use is still in your pocket? Don't you just hate that?

Well, I am here to give you some ideas to navigate the supermarket with coupons.

First off making sure you have coupons clipped for the products you want to use is the first step in the right direction!

Take a few extra minutes to organize all you need in the store. Coupons, money, wallet, gum, toys for the kiddos, a drink, competitors adds, calculator, and anything else that you personally need or use while shopping.

**Make a list** If you are a list writer go ahead and write your shopping list. Organize your list by grocery aisle.

**Organizer coupons**Then, go through your coupons and either pull out what you would like to use or.... ** Best Idea** set your coupons up like the grocery store aisle. Group all the like items together. Bakery, dairy, paper products, etc.

In this article I go over organizing coupon for groceries by using a coupon organizer. This coupon organizer is set up alphabetically and by like items. When your coupons are organized by grocery store aisle you can move about the store faster and save more money. If you are in the dairy section all you need to do is flip to the dairy section of your coupons. If you are on the ball they should be perfectly clipped and put in their place. (OK- I hope you are catching my sarcasm)!

This technique can help you navigate the supermarket with coupons in less time and more efficiently. You can quickly realize how fast your savings add up, with just a few changes in organization and set up.

Be patient. Using supermarket coupons can and will take extra time. Allow for this in your schedule.

Most importantly, learn from your mistakes and successes. Do the things that worked for you and change the things that did not work out so great. Each person has different qualities. Maybe numbers is not one of your strong points. So, you need a little extra time. Or, you could be one of those really organized persons who just get things done easily. Either way be willing to try again and change what you need to.

So, maybe next time the coupons will not still be in your pocket when you get out to your car. Try some or all of the ideas. Alter what works for you.

How to find online coupon codes. First off I hope every one out there reading this is familiar with search engines like Google. You simply Google search the type of code you are looking for.

Example: You are looking into renting a rental car, and you want to look for a code to save money.

Google-- rental car codes for XXXXX (XXXXX represent the name of the company you are looking for a code to.)
Then, you need to look through the articles that Google pulls up for online coupon codes and find one that might work for you.
You will need to enter the codes you choose to use at the right time to apply discounts.

Again, there are codes for all sorts of goods and products. I explained in this article how I stayed on the beach for $27.00 an night once.

I think some of these ideas may surprise you. Look over these tips for saving money in general , you may find some that really apply to your lifestyle and can help you out.

Get on local market mailing list for places like you mall so you know when potential sales are coming. Sales are a great way gain substantial savings. Junk mail does not have to be the enemy!!!
Use a credit card that offers extra benefits, for example a credit card that offers frequent flier mileage with card purchases.
Read blogs. (Read my blog of course) There is many tips for saving money all over the blogging world!
Learn from the pros. Get free advise online.
Research the Internet for free activities, and outings.
Share your ideas and tips for saving money with others. The WIN has forums and you can leave comments on blogs.
Do your homework. Find grocery stores that price match and possible double or even triple coupons.
Determine and understand the store policies of the stores you like to shop at.
Write list for everything. Bills, birthdays, activities, holidays. Sticking to a list will help decrease the number of unplanned purchases.
Print off Internet coupons. Check out these articles with very valuable websites listed. Here and here. One more that is more wide spread for Internet coupons, here.
Be willing to change your shopping habits.
Consider using a different brand of the same product.
Yard sale. You can find amazing deals at the best and worst of yard sales.
Try second hand stores.
Look into swapping. You will have your eyes open to this is you Google this. There are entire networks designed to swapping things. Everything from fresh fruit to used cribs.
Set up as many of your bills as you can on a "paperless" billing cycle. What do you really think those service charges are for?
Pay bills online. Saves stamps! .44c EACH!

Do you use coupons when you go grocery shopping?

How much money do you save?

I have to say I absolutely love to save money with coupons. I think for me it is like a game. Just last Saturday I saved $171.00 at the grocery stores. Just using coupons! That is like getting $171.00 in FREE groceries!

I use a few techniques that you should defiantly try.

Clip those valuable coupon
Locate a local grocery store that price matches
Find a local grocery store that doubles and triples coupons
Get organized.

I list several different strategies to help you save money in “YOUR” market.

You can save a few extra dollars price matching store ads from one store to another all at one location. It may only be 2-3 dollars however when you get proficient at this it can be much larger. I often will average around just $10 a week price matching grocery foods. If we look at the math that $10 a week can really add up. With 56 weeks in a year x $10 a week = $560.00 a YEAR! Now were talking big bucks! Try it and get better at it. Then, master price matching non food items as well.

Find a local grocery store that doubles and triples coupons:

All over the United States you can find various grocery stores that will participate in “Doubling and Tripling” coupons. This is where you can really save money with coupons! The local store that I double and triple coupons at will double a coupon up to .50c and triple up to .39c. (First off lest face it, I have never seen a .36,.37,.38 or .39 cent coupon.) So, for this example we will talk about a .35c coupon. You may even get luck and find a store that will double any coupon up to $1.

A 50c coupon doubles to a $1.00 and a .35c coupon triples to $1.05! Do you see the magic in this? Looking at coupons face value is now seen in a whole new light, when you can apply this principle.

Getting Organized!

I have found that the more organized I am the more money I save. You might be the type of person that plans there shopping around a menu or around what you have on hand already. However you do it, getting organized will help you save even more money. I recommend a few tips to getting organized.

Go through your coupons before you get to the store. Pull out the ones you can use now or double and triple with this trip.
Have all your coupons with you so you can save money on items you were not planning on purchasing.
Never ever go in a store with out your coupons. You will not save money with coupons if they are not with you at the supermarket.

I recommend the Couponizer for anyone that uses coupons. This is an amazing way to organize coupons. It is compact and portable. It has an organized place for everything. They are organized like the aisles of a grocery store! Take a look at it at it here .

Alright! If your a skeptical of saving money with coupons...... Maybe, just maybe this article will change your mind. If you are not skeptical well, thanks for reading this and I hope you add a little more to your knowledge.

There are coupons for almost anything and almost anywhere. If, you play your cards or coupons right! I am a firm believer that you can get almost anything for free or cheap, with money saving coupons. You can save money one everything from rental cars to grocery's. Discounts for the museums, zoos, movies, restaurants and hotels. You name it, if you spend a little time and energy you can find money saving coupons.

A girlfriend and I went out on a girls trip and used money savings coupons to stay on the beach in Lincoln City, Oregon. We used an internet coupon and saved $50.00 a night. We stayed on the beautiful coast for $27.00 a night!

You need to learn sales trends. They main trends are, local, national, seasonal and store. My best example is: You know that Christmas comes every year. So every year certain things go on sale, discount, and clearance. Buy things during this time to maximize your savings. Birthdays are annual too. Plan ahead and purchase items in advance. This is an area that needs to be individualized. We all have different shopping habits, interest, and budgets.

Try going to the web first. Check out websites of the place of interest. Search their website for deals, promotions, discounts, and money saving coupons. Here are some coupons I pulled off the web just to show you off a small variety of what is out there.
Several examples of money saving coupons.

Work on learning this idea. Call the store directly and ask questions like;
Do you have a discount?
When do you offer money savings coupons and where can I get them?
Do you have free days? (museums, zoos, etc.)
Do you have a website where I can print your coupons?

You will be amazed at just how much money is out there. Follow my blog and the talk show I do. I give out all sorts of interesting and unique money saving tips. You can also follow other experts in this field, and see what they have to offer and say.

Although there are literally hundreds of free printable coupons, there are two main types of online printable grocery coupons out there. Let's outline them and how to use them.

Manufactured coupons
Store coupons

Manufactured coupons , and some local store coupons come in the Sunday circular and depending on where you live the come in one of you weekday papers. You can also get them in at least 20 other ways. If you listen to my show episode on www.thesavingsqueenshow.com entitled "Coupon Resources Where Do You Get All Those Coupons"?

I list several of the most popular and some very unusual ways to build your coupon supply.

Store coupons: Store coupons can consist of your local small business grocer to large national chain grocer's. These coupons can often be used with a manufactured coupon. This technique is called coupon stacking. On my blog www.thesavingsqueen.blogspot.com I have and entire article on coupon stacking. This process can save you lots of extra money.

One of the largest national chains I can offer as an example is Target. Target has there own store coupons that you can print off there website.www.target.com . According to there coupon policy you can stack a store coupon with a manufactured coupon.

Example:

If Target has an online printable grocery coupon for Cheerios for .50c
Manufacture has a online printable grocery coupon for Cheerios .75c
You can use both the .50c Target coupon and .75c manufactured coupon saving a total of $1.25!

Try your local stores and see if you find savings in a way you never thought possible. Learn your local and national store policies. It is important to know if they take competitors coupons or just their own. Can you stack a grocery coupon and a manufactured coupon together?

OK- So this is The Savings Queen's list of, Free Online Grocery Coupons ! Now, I am only listing my top 5 sites were you can find online printable grocery coupons. Just as grocery store inserts in your Sunday paper change weekly, so do some of the coupons from each of these sites. Free online grocery coupons are the fastest trend in coupons right now. You can easily print them and build your supply of coupons to help save money.

Here are a coups tips that you need to keep in mind when printing free online grocery coupons.

Make sure you maximize your printing by refreshing pages and printing coupons twice!
Never copy a printed coupon...It is coupon fraud!
If you have more then one computer with separate printers, print coupons from each site and each computer to get the most of what need and want from multiple computers.
You will want to tag them to your favorites or bookmark them in your computer and check back weekly.

Try them all and see what you like.

I have used all of these sites. The first two are definitely my most favorite. However, all of them serve a good purpose.

I am Alive!!

Well, I ended up having two heart surgeries 5 days apart! So, I was in the hospital way longer than a couple of days. 14 days actually. I have received three of my bills and my total so far is a whopping $173,000!!! Yup, you read that correct.

More now than ever is the world of saving money important to me and my family. The economy is struggling and I have the means in my life to help my family through it. I am grateful for my stock pile of food.

I am slowly getting back on my feet and the world of coupons, talk shows, and blogging is starting to un-fog in my head. I am sorry I have missed and entire month.

The good news is that the Women's Information Network will be spotlighting my talk show and that will include some work on my part that will benefit all my wonderful listeners and followers.

Some stores are a little more coupon friendly than others. If you get a crabby cashier that acts like you are robbing the store for using coupons, remember the store DOES get paid back for your coupons from the manufacturer. A coupon is just like paying with cash. It just comes from the manufacturer, not you.

Albertsons-

will take all MFR ( manufacturer coupons) and you can stack it with an Albertsons in-store coupon
will take printed coupons
as of 4/3/09 they will no longer take competitors ad coupons
Will not take Internet printable competitors coupons
WILL NOT take Walgreens Register Rewards Catalina Coupons as of 4/3/09

I have to pose this question to myself. I would say that I have 5 main stresses this holiday season. I find myself wondering around and not knowing where to start. So, I need a game plan. I will start somewhere eventually right? Here are my main stresses. What are some of yours?

Finding all the deals I have made, found, picked up or grabbed up at yard sales over the past year!
Wrapping everything in time for me to actually get some real sleep on Christmas Eve.
Getting my house in order before we add more "stuff"!
Planning to plan on getting all the activities done and having fun while doing them.
Having are main family car broken down with a pending $2,100.00 bill to fix it. So it sits and waits......

Having just watched Julie & Julia, it brings me to big QUESTIONS! I am wondering myself sometimes if anyone is out there? Does anyone really read this blog, and do the listen to my talk show? Does the information I provide and share help you? I have decided that it helps me. I realize that there is no possible way for me to post absolutely every deal out there on my blog. I know that I am a mother and wife first. I understand that even though I a packed full of information, I cannot take the time to share everything I do on a daily basis with this cyber-world! I love doing this blog! I feel like I have many things to offer. I am aiming sponsorship in the future and I hope for the best everyday.

There are some days that I spend 7-8 hours working. My version of working is something like this...Get online, check for deals, overview my coupons, organize the new incoming coupons, either by mail or online, look for ways to maximize my savings, find something else free, get a free lunch while out actually gathering my loot, coming home and organizing, and putting away my new finds. I am also always looking for and watching for a free family activity or event. This is not just about coupons. There are power bills and car insurance, to consider. I have four children that need birthday presents and gifts for each other at Christmas. There is always something out there for free or very inexpensive. My style of shopping is always paying it forward. Looking to the future. I know that birthdays, holidays and seasons come year after year. So, I plan for it.

I am aware of almost every thing out there I follow many blogs, and I am so grateful for what they have to offer me and my family. So my questions still apply. I would love a response from you!

A Day In My Shoes!

So, I thought It would be fun to show you all what I do everyday. I am going to show you this mornings work as best I can. After doing the whole morning routine I have almost 2 full hours of NO CHILDREN. I try to maximize my time and get things done.

I started off at a local nursery and picked up these fresh green's to plant in my winter garden. Broccoli, cauliflower, and romaine lettuce. A whopping $3.75 total! And, it will save me way more than that to grow them. The joy of growing is also worth it's weight in gold! I mean GREEN!

Then I was off to a local small grocery store and grabbed me 5 boxes of surf and one free toilet paper. Surf is regularly priced there for $4.88. In last weeks Parade from the Sunday paper there was a $3.00 off Surf coupon, making them $1.88! And, the local grocer was giving away Charmin if you spent $10! Grand total after coupons Grand total $10.16.

By now I was getting hungry! I swing through the local Chick Fil A and snagged me a free breakfast entree. They had run an add in the local magazine. Now, I can head over to Target for some amazing super deals. Target allows you to stack a Target coupon and a Manufactured coupon together. You can read their coupon policy here. My grabs for this morning at target were:

14 bags of Marshmallows 25c each
10 Boxes of Rolaids
2 Chex Mix snack bags
1 family size Doritos
2 small bags of Baby Wipes
1 pound of Archer Farms Brown Sugar Ham (not in picture)

Most all of my Target deal came from printing coupons from their site here. I did stack the Chex and Marshmallow coupons with older coupon I had in my stash or I would have shared the link with you. Grand total for Target $12.68

Not a bad morning!

I am also, dehydrating all the really cheap yogurt from last weeks deals. I still have several pounds of pecans to finish putting up from our gleaning trip on Saturday. Let's not forget the satsumas coming out of my ears. I will post pics showing them off.

What is in your freezer?

That is just what I plan to find out in my THREE freezers. I have two fridge freezers and one small upright freezer. In order to do better meal planning and save yourself money, you need to know what you have.

I recommend doing a list. Put like items in like areas; example breads, tortilla's, muffins, etc... meats, chicken, 1 pound ground beef, two rib eye steaks, etc...

Over at www.chartjungle.com there are all sorts of ideas to making lists. Or, you could find another system that works for you. Please share your ideas by making comments. This works really well for me. I look over it when I plan menus. It will also help you save money buy reminding you of what you have so you do not go out and buy another one. (Unless of course it is a screaming deal and you just can't pass it up).

Baking Days : I plan on using all the frozen banana's and zucchini in my freezer!

Freezer meals: I might set up a swap with a few girlfriends.

Food Storage exchange group: A group of us die hards get together and exchange ideas and share information.

Foraging: The act of looking or searching for food or provisions.
- verb, -aged, -ag·ing, -ag·es.
To wander in search of food or provisions.
To make a raid, as for food: soldiers foraging near an abandoned farm.
To conduct a search; rummage. I think my scout may be able to get a merit badge for doing taking a class with me.

Gleaning: Gleaning is the act of collecting leftover crops from farmers' fields after they have been commercially harvested or on fields where it is not economically profitable to harvest.

Couponing: Self explanatory. Right?

Organization: It does not matter if I buy it, get it free, or get paid to buy it, I must store it! I need to find a place everything! I am going to be posting some of the most creative ideas that I have ever seen for storing food.

Dinner In a Pumpkin

This is a family tradition of ours. I have done this for about 10 years. Every Halloween I do a casserole type dinner in a pumpkin! It is so easy and fun. My kids look forward to it every year and we love doing it!
Here is my recipe:

1 Large pumpkin Pie Pumpkin or Sugar Pumpkin hallow out
Assemble casserole and fill into hallowed out pumpkin and bake @ 350` for 1-2 hours.
Serve out of pumpkin.

Casserole:
1 onion chopped
1 -1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cups chopped celery
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
1-2 tab. soy sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups cooked rice
You could add mushrooms or water chestnuts.
In a large skillet cook beef, onion, and bell pepper. Drain and add remaining ingredients. Spoon into pumpkin and add the top. Bake and serve out of pumpkin.

Can I just tell you how much I LOOOOOOVVEEE free days to things. This one is no exception. We live in Southeast Texas so the nearest National Park is Big Thicket. A little to far for a days driving. I love, love, love this deal! The McDonald's coupon books and back, and I can't get enough of them! For every $1 you spend you get $12 in free food. WOW! I bought 20 books on Saturday and got $240.00 in coupons for $20.00! Can you say...Yippee... The current coupon does not expire until 12-30-09 So go out and enjoy.
We have done so many cool things with them.

Our favorite is to take our kids on little one on one date there.
We also have so much fun going for ice cream family nights.
I love to give someone in line a coupon just to cheer them up.
One of my personal favorites is to get stuff for school lunches.
